My original ideas for a new music magazine

After looking at a few magazines I am going to base my magazine around the type of magazine that Vibe, The Source and Billboard are. This would be because I think there’s some space in the market for a magazine like this.  These are all based in America. They are all music magazines but also have features such as fashion, sport, and entertainment etc. The type of music in this would be urban rappers with a lot of money. There are similar magazine out like this already but I’m concentrating on a specific type to make it successful. My target audience will be between the ages of 16-24 as the type of music would be quite heavy rap but also some singing as well. My target audience has got at least 2 targets, singing and rapping. This shall be a unisex magazine so it’s masculine and feminine. I would like the magazine to excite, influence and interest readers as well as get readers to look up to this and have upcoming artists/producers. I want to be for the audience and not based on what I like. This should be a bold masthead with the main image to be noticed. There won’t be much writing on the front cover but there will be some to address the readers of what’s inside it.
